Webflow Return Policy?
Webflow's return policy is primarily based on proration. Plan changes, such as upgrades to paid plans, billing frequency switches, or downgrades between paid plans, are prorated based on the existing balance, credits, and the remaining days in the billing cycle. The prorated charge and credits appear at checkout.
If there's a need to cancel an order or refund an order for any reason, a refund can be issued right from the Designer or Editor’s Orders tab. Refunds typically take 5 - 7 business days to process. Once issued, a refund cannot be cancelled. The status of refunded orders cannot be changed.
However, it's important to note that Webflow generally does not provide refunds. Unused time on a paid Site or Workspace plan that has been downgraded to a free Starter Site or Starter Workspace plan does not automatically issue credit.
For more specific details, please refer to section 8 of Webflow's Terms of Service.
